  1. Graphix Zone, Inc. License Agreement            
  2.  
  3.     This is a Legal Agreement between you as an end user and Graphix Zone, Inc.
  4. concerning this product, hereafter referred to as Software. By clicking the button
  5. labeled "OK" during the installation, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
  6. agreement.

  8.     1. License. This agreement permits you to install and use your copy of the
  9. Software on single computer. You may not network the Software or otherwise use it or
  10. install it on more than one computer or terminal at the same time.

  12.     2. Copyright. The Software (including any images, text, photographs, animation,
  13. video, audio, and music) is owned by Graphix Zone, Inc. or its suppliers and is
  14. protected by United States copyright laws and its international treaty provisions. You
  15. may either (a) make one copy of the Software for backup or archival purposes, or (b)
  16. transfer the Software to a single hard disk, provided that you keep the original for
  17. backup or archival purposes. Otherwise, the Software may not be copied or
  18. reproduced for any other purpose.

  20.     3. Other Restrictions. You may not rent or lease the Software. You may transfer
  21. the Software on a permanent basis, provided that you retain no copies and the
  22. recipient agrees with the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer,
  23. decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that the foregoing
  24. restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

  26.     4. Limited Warranty. Graphix Zone warrants that the Software will perform
  27. substantially in accordance with the accompanying printed materials for a period of
  28. ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Graphix Zone's entire liability and your
  29. exclusive remedy shall be limited only to replacement of  the Software that is
  30. determined to be defective during the warranty period, and is returned to Graphix Zone
  31. with a copy of  your receipt.  This  Limited Warranty is void if the defective Software
  32. resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement Software will be
  33. warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days,
  34. whichever is longer.

  36.     5. No Other Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
  37. Graphix Zone disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but
  38. not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
  39. with respect to the Software. This limited warranty gives you no specific legal rights.
  40. You may have others, which vary from state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.

  42.     6. No Liability For Consequential Damages. To the maximum permitted by
  43. applicable law, in no event shall Graphix Zone or its suppliers be liable for any
  44. damages what so ever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
  45. interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
  46. use or inability to use this Software, even if Graphix Zone has been advised of the
  47. possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the
  48. exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
  49. limitation may not apply to you.
